The following are the options that I have configured in the lab environment to get Windows 10 21H2 upgrade using the enablement package KB5003791. I have selected the package option so that the client can download the update directly from Microsoft.

This is the slowest, but potentially safest and most effective way to upgrade your version of Windows 10. It's the slowest because this method will actually download a full build of Windows 10 and install it, while Windows Update only downloads the files that are different from your current installation. We'd recommend one of the other two methods if you want to do things quickly.

Update Assistant is fantastic software to update as it guides you in a step by step installation wizard to finish in the simplest way. It has a few steps to make upgrading easy. Once the downloading process starts, you can minimize Windows 10 Update Assistant program and keep using Windows. The program will notify you when everything is ready and you will need to restart your computer.
You can use Media Creation Tool to download Windows 10 ISO file but that requires you an extra step of downloading Media Creation Tool first.
